2020 gave us a boost to develop new ways of developing events digitally.
For our client Teoresi, we developed identity and the virtual event streamed live on a custom made digital platform.
The event was streamed live from Teoresi Headquarter, where we build a studio set with all the required equipment and a big LED screen.
Event was streamed in Europe and USA, using AWS CDNs and adaptive streaming. We hosted also 2 speakers remotely connected from their homes via webconference.
More than 700 connected to live event, 4 emails delivered to database.
Employees attended events following registration process
We developed and delivered a series of email to invite employees and restricted access external guests.
A registration form on the platform with a dual check of guests was securing the access to invited guests only.
Everything can be re-imagined was the Event name. So we adapted the concept to an evolving graphic, transforming the meaning of 4 simple shapes on the base of their position.
Teaser, event intro, animated GIFs are representing this concept with strong contrast and dynamic sound design.
